The Project VIE 02/015 "A survey
of Need of District People's Courts Nationwide"
has been sucessfully completes. The project was conductes
with the entire people's court and people's procuracy
at 653 districts of 64 provinces and cites, and 64 bar
associations nationwide with various participants, including
judges, prosecutors, people's assessors, lawyers, and
common people. This may be one of the rare projects
in wich the questionaires feeding back outnumber the
deliverred ones. The success of the project,contributing
to the success of the Strategy on Judicial Refom, shall
help to bring some changes to Vietnamese judicial system,
orienr the people to cuorts, and strengthen the people's
belief in justice and the political system.

speech at the National Conference on One-stop shop model
in settlement of administrative procedures for enterprises.
Held by Vietnamese Private Sector Support Program,
The Department of Medium and Small Enterprises, Ministry
